Unlimited CrossFit Membership $125 every month • Unlimited visits • Classes that include CrossFit, Rx, and Affiliate classes.

Unlimited monthly membership access to all scheduled Classes, Weightlifting, Open Gym, Endurance and, Yoga.

Fundamentals required before regular attendance is admitted.

Unlimited CrossFit Family Membership $225 every month • Unlimited visits •

Unlimited monthly membership access to all scheduled Classes, Weightlifting, Open Gym, Endurance and, Yoga.

6mo Unlimited Membership $675 every 6 months • Unlimited visits • 6-month membership for unlimited classes and services within CrossFit Redding

6-month Unlimited Family Membership $1,200 every 6 months • Unlimited visits •

6-month Unlimited monthly membership access to all scheduled Classes, Weightlifting, Open Gym, Endurance and, Yoga.

-Every 3months family member meet with a coach for a 1-1 session for goals, nutrition, skill or lifting technique.


Group rates available

Barbell Open Gym $125 every month • Unlimited visits •

Access to all Open Gym classes. The membership is limited to only the Open gym times listed on the schedule. No Open gym during the schedule classes unless otherwise noted

ReddiFit $75 every month • 3 visits per Week •

This is a limited class.

CrossFit Redding offers classes that fit your fitness level. Reddyfit is offered to everyone, no fundamentals class needed, no experience, and is designed as a BootCamp style program for those that may be curious about CrossFit but not quite ready to make the commitment this is a great transition

Additional Online Programming $30 • Unlimited visits for 1 month • Additional Online Programming

Passes

Fundamentals of CrossFit $175 • 5 visits • Fundamentals which focus on the foundation movements of CrossFit as well as programming and mobility. This is a required before entering into a classes

15 Session Punch Pass $250 • 15 visits • This is designed for the wildland firefighter, on assignment LEO or military member who understands the value of physical fitness.
Note: YOu must have prior CrossFit or similar experience to purchase.

1year expiration date.

Please inform a coach if would like the pass extended we will gladly extend the pass up to 24months

8 Session PunchCard $145 • 8 visits •

A PunchCard for those who are not committed to an unlimited membership. It is highly recommended that an unlimited is used to maximize CrossFit Redding

A class is a Punch the only exception is Yoga

Personal Training 8 Session $400 • 8 visits • One on One Personal Training session with your selected coach.

Initial Nutrition Consultation $150 • 1 visit • The first step in designing and adhering to a nutrition plan. This is a comprehensive program designed to meet your goal whether it’s mass gain or fat loss. We will work with you to create a plan for success. The first month includes a creating a plan to work with your lifestyle. Throughout the first month you will meet with your coach each week to keep you on track. Each additional month we will meet with you every other week for a check in. During the off week you can email your coach with any addition questions or needs


CrossFit Kids Session One $150 • 16 visits • CrossFit Kids is a strength and conditioning program that is specifically designed for kids and teenagers and helps them develop a lifelong love of fitness.

CrossFit Kids Summer Camp $150 • 1 visit • This summer we are having our first ever CrossFit Kids Summer Camp

Wine and Yoga $10 • 1 visit • Join CrossFit Redding’s Yoga in the Community for an evening of wine and mat time at Grape Escape.
