CrossFit Redding offers classes that fit your fitness level. Reddyfit is offered to everyone, no fundamentals class needed, no experience, and is designed as a BootCamp style program for those that may be curious about CrossFit but not quite ready to make the commitment this is a great transition

Unlimited CrossFit Membership $125 every month • Unlimited visits • Classes that include CrossFit, Rx, and Affiliate classes.

Unlimited monthly membership access to all scheduled Classes, Weightlifting, Open Gym, Endurance and, Yoga.

Fundamentals required before regular attendance is admitted.
Barbell Open Gym $125 every month • Unlimited visits •

Access to all Open Gym classes. The membership is limited to only the Open gym times listed on the schedule. No Open gym during the schedule classes unless otherwise noted

Unlimited CrossFit Family Membership $225 every month • Unlimited visits •

Unlimited monthly membership access to all scheduled Classes, Weightlifting, Open Gym, Endurance and, Yoga.

-Every 3months family member meet with a coach for a 1-1 session for goals, nutrition, skill or lifting technique.
